- 弱凝胶体系调驱作为一种提高采收率的新技术已在国内各大油田得到应用,研究表明弱凝胶体系成胶性能的好坏直接决定调驱效果。通过实验研究了影响弱凝胶体系成胶性能的主要因素。结果表明,聚合物分子量、聚合物/铬交联剂浓度、温度、pH值对弱凝胶体系的成胶性能影响较大,剪切作用对弱凝胶体系成胶性能有一定影响,含油、油砂对弱凝胶体系成胶性能影响较小,水质对弱凝胶体系成胶性能基本没有影响。研究结果为矿场试验中应用弱凝胶体系进行深部调驱提供了依据。
Through experiment,studied are main factors affecting the gelling properties of organic chromium weak gel system. Study results show that molecular weight of polymer,concentration,temperature and system pH value of polymer/chromium crosslinker have great effect on the gelling properties,shear action has certain effect on such properties,oiliness and oily sand have less effect on the properties and while water quality nearly has no effect. The results provide the experimental basis for application of weak gel for deep profile control in field test.
