储运工程质量监督差别化管理的应用

- 差别化管理是将管理工作差别化对待，抓住主要矛盾和矛盾的特殊性，形成独具特色的管理工作理念。把企业管理中的差别化管理模式引入工程质量监督工作中，是管道储运工程质量监督工作发展的客观需要。差别化管理在储运工程质量监督中的做法是“注重创新监督模式，实施差别化监督管理，突出监督重点，不断提高质量监督工作自身的水平”。通过差别化管理工作的有效实施，极大地提升了监督人员的管理和业务水平。
Differentiation management means that management works are treated differently. Principal contradictions and the particularity of such contradictions can be seized and a beneficial management concept can be formed though differentiation management. Differentiation strategy has become unique positive strategy by which success can be won in different industries. It is a positive attempt to introduce the differentiation management mode in enterprise management into construction quality supervision and it is an objective need also for development in petrochemical pipeline storage and transportation construction quality supervision. SINOPEC Pipeline and Transportation Engineering Quality Supervision Department is paying attention to innovation of supervision mode，implementation of differentiation supervision and management and focusing on key supervision so as to improve quality supervision work level constantly. Business management level of supervisory personnel has be greatly enhanced through effective implementation of differentiation management.
