- 为提高成品油顺序输送过程油品界面检测,尤其对密度相差较小的93号和97号汽油进行跟踪检测,实现安全经济批次切割。从不同油品界面检测原理入手,给出目前国内外已使用的界面检测方法,对比各自优缺点,结合国内主要成品油管线批次界面检测方法的使用效果,获得的密度计法和界面跟踪软件法不仅可以检测汽油与柴油的界面,对于密度差较小的93号汽油分别与97号汽油和93号组分油的界面也可较好地检测,FUELCheck光学界面检测仪相比KAM光学界面仪能够更好地检测油品界面,目前密度计法和界面跟踪软件结合使用可使界面跟踪预测在1 h内。
In order to improve oil interface detection quality in product oil batch transportation and especially conduct track detection on 93# and 97# gasoline and realize safe and economic batch cutting,described are the detection principle of different oil interfaces and different detection methods used at home and abroad and compared are their respective advantages and disadvantages. Combined with application effects of domestic main refined oil pipeline batch interface detection methods,obtained are the densimeter method and interface tracking software method,which can detect gasoline and diesel oil interface and detect 93# and 97# gasoline with small density and the FUELCheck optical interface detector has better detection effect than KAM. At present,application of densimeter method together with the interface tracking software can realize interface tracking prediction within one hour.
