- 为进一步了解管道积液对弯头和支架的冲击影响,通过建立物理模型,对管道中积液运动过程进行详细分析,应用动量定理及流体力学相关原理,推导弯头受力与工艺介质物理参数、流速之间的数学关系,得出冲击载荷与流速之间的函数曲线,结合工程简例计算说明积液影响,给出降低积液危害的建议,为管道防液击设计提供基础理论参考。
In order to understand effects of liquid accumulation in pipeline on elbows and supports particularly,a physical model is established to make a detailed analysis on movement process of liquid accumulated in pipeline. Applied is the relativity principle between momentum theorem and fluid mechanics to derivate the mathematic relation between bend stress,physical parameters of process medium and flow velocity and obtained is the function curve between impact load and flow velocity,described are the effects of liquid accumulation through engineering calculation of examples and proposed are some suggestions for reducing liquid accumulation hazards,which will provide basic theory reference for pipeline liquid impact prevention design.
