- 要：冷箱作为液化天然气(LNG)工厂生产环节中不可缺少的核心设备，其运行状况的好坏关系到整个LNG工厂的安全生产。由于原料气气质变化，天然气重组分增加，加上冷箱板翅式结构流道狭窄的特点，极易出现流道堵塞问题。针对A工厂冷箱堵塞问题进行分析，研究提出可行性解决方案。对LNG工程项目建设，提出建设性意见，对LNG工程建设及装置生产具有参考价值。
Cold box is one of indispensable key equipment in natural gas liquefaction system and its safety has significant effects on proper operation of LNG plant. However，ice blockage problems occur easily due to increase of heavy components and plant-fin structure of cold box. Analyzed are ice blockage problems occurring frequently in the cold box in LNG Plant A，proposed are feasible solutions and put forward are constructive comments for LNG project construction，which will provide a valuable reference for solving similar ice blockage problems.
