- 为了解决油田联合站内乳化油脱水处理难度大的问题,有必要进行新脱水技术的开发与研究。采用离心分离技术,利用油、水、固三相的比重差,依靠离心力的作用能够有效地实现油、水、固分离。分别针对未投加破乳剂和投加破乳剂两种情况进行现场试验,试验结果表明,离心分离技术能够解决乳化油脱水难题,且在破乳剂的配合使用下,脱水效果显著,脱水后原油含水小于5.0 %,能够达到外输要求。
In order to solve the problem of emulsified oil dehydration in union station,it is necessary to develop and research new dehydration technologies. Oil,water and solid can be separated effectively by application of centrifugal separation technology,utilization of density difference of oil,water and solids and depending on centrifugal force. Field test is conducted in two cases: with addition of demulsifier and without addition of demulsifier. Results show that centrifugal separation can solve the problem of emulsified oil dehydration. With the aid of demulsifier,dehydration effect is remarkable,water content in oil is less than 5% after dehydration and can meet the export requirement.
