- 基于分析解决某平台燃料气系统二级压缩机排液浑浊问题的目的,采用傅里叶红外光谱分析仪、气相色谱-质谱联用仪对排液样品进行联合分析鉴定,确定产生了W/O型原油乳状液。根据燃料气系统的运行状况,结合二级压缩机洗涤器排液样品的具体组成,采用HYSYS软件建立了燃料气系统从天然气一级压缩机入口至二级压缩机出口段(包括回流部分)的模型,分析乳状液产生的原因。根据现场实测数据分析产生天然气凝析液的临界工况,提出相关控制措施,有效解决了现场问题。
In order to analyze and solve the problem that the secondary compressor in certain platform fuel gas system drains turbid liquid, Fourier infrared spectrum analyzer and gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer for conjoint analysis and identification on liquid samples to determine the W/O type crude oil emulsion. According to the operation conditions of the fuel gas system and in combination with specific composition in drainage liquid samples from the secondary compressor scrubber,adopted is the HYSYS software to establish a model from the primary natural gas compressor inlet to the secondary compressor outlet (including the back part) and analyzed is the cause of emulsion generation. Analyzed is the critical condition of hydrocarbon evolution according to actual data measured at the site and proposed are relative control measures,which will effectively solve the problems at the site.
