- 姬塬油田刘峁塬长8油藏是典型的超低渗透油藏,区块平均渗透率在0.3 mD以下。该区块2009年投入注水开发,投注初期注水压力超过20 MPa,且有部分注水井长期达不到配注要求,采取压裂、酸化等降压增注措施后仍然欠注。针对该问题,开展了新型降压增注剂研究。通过室内实验,分析该区块的高压欠注机理后得出:区块欠注原因为储层物性差,渗透率低,注入水和储层存在强水敏效应,注水过程中存在贾敏效应,注入水与地层水不配伍。根据欠注原因研发了具有酸性、降黏、防膨、防垢、除垢能力的新型降压增注剂。通过矿场注水站投加6个月后,70 %的注水井压力平均下降0.8 MPa,单井日注水量从8 m3增加到25 m3,取得了较好的降压增注效果。新型降压增注剂为解决超低渗透油藏高压欠注问题提供了新的思路,为提高区块压裂措施效果提供了新的方法和借鉴。
ABSTRACT: Jiyuan Oilfield Liumao Tableland Long 8 Reservoir is a typical ultra-low permeability reservoir and its block average permeability is less than 0.3mD. The block was developed with water injection from 2009 and water injection pressure at the initial stage was more than 20MPa. Injection allocation requirements could not be reached in some of water injection wells for a long time and there still was lack of water injection after adopting decompression and augmented injection measures,such as fracturing,acidizing,etc. In order to solve this situation,researches on a new type of decompression and augmented injection agent was carried out from then on. Analyzed is the insufficient injection mechanism under high pressure on the basis of relevant laboratory experiment and results show that reasons of insufficient injection are poor reservoir physical property,low permeability,strong water sensitivity effect between injected water and reservoir,Jamin effect in injected water and incompatibility between injected water and reservoir water. Developed is the new decompression and augmented injection agent with acidity,viscosity reduction,anti-swelling property,scale prevention and scale removal capacity according to insufficient injection causes. Field test results show that such agent has good effects.
