- 智能式井下节流器满足智能完井和数字化油气田技术的自动化和数字化要求,是未来井下节流器发展的趋势。针对井下智能节流工艺技术需要,采用CAN总线技术构建一套适用于井下智能节流器的控制系统。介绍了CAN总线的技术原理;详细阐述了构建基于CAN总线的伺服控制系统体系结构和控制模式、控制系统的数据逻辑结构模型以及基于分层设计法的系统软件架构模块;给出了整个控制系统的软件运行实例和操作流程。实验反馈数据表明,该控制系统能实时精确地对井下电机完成远程控制,满足智能井下节流器要求的动力控制需求。该系统设计方法对其它智能化井下工具的研发具有一定启发意义。
Intelligent downhole throttle meets the demand of automation and digitization in intelligent well completion and digitization oil and field technologies and it represents a development trend of future downhole throttle. In order to improve the traditional throttling technology and promote intelligent downhole throttling technology,established is a control system suitable for intelligent downhole throttle by adopting CAN bus. Described in detail is technical principle of the CAN bus,the construction and control model of the servo control system based on CAN bus system,its data logical structure and system software architecture model based on hierarchical design method. Introduced are control software and operation process of the entire control system. Experimental feedback data show this system can remotely control downhole electrical machines timely and accurately and meet power control demands of intelligent downhole throttle. The design method of the system will provide valuable reference for research and development of intelligent downhole tools.
