- 通过研究国内阀门试验标准,发现阀门泄漏的主要问题是缺少专门针对阀门密封填料进行性能试验的相应标准。介绍了美国API Std 622-2011《工艺阀门密封填料逸散性试验规程》,该规程阐述了阀门填料散逸性试验装置和试验程序、腐蚀性试验程序、材料性能试验程序,建立了阀门密封填料性能指标评价准则。借鉴API Std622-2011编制国内阀门填料产品规范,可补充完善阀门试验标准,减少阀门泄漏的可能性,同时还提出了API Std 622-2011采标建议。
Analyzed are common valve leakage reasons,introduced are Chinese national standards used for valve test and it is pointed out that up to now,there is lack of national standards specially used for valve packing performance test and the existing Chinese national standards used for valve test have low requirement for packing performance. Introduced is API Std 622-2011,Code for Fugacity Test of Process Valve Packing,in which described are fugacity test device,test procedure,corrosion test procedure,material performance test procedure of valve packing and established is an evaluation criteria for valve packing performance. Established is a valve packing product specification by using this standard for reference,which can complement and perfect the current valve test standards and reduce the possibility of valve leakage,and put forward is the suggestion for adoption of API Std 622-2011 standard.
