- 为预防游梁式抽油机刹车溜车,确保在进行抽油机维护保养等作业时人员生命安全和设备安全,有必要弄清目前抽油机溜车现象发生的原因,识别刹车溜车的危害。针对游梁式抽油机刹车常见的溜车现象,根据齿轮啮合传力原理和平面铰链四连杆原理设计了游梁机外抱式刹车防溜装置。当游梁机刹车驴头停靠在需要的位置后,拉紧防溜装置操纵杆并锁止,在铰链四连杆机构力的作用下,锁止摇臂及固定在其上的锁止齿轮随即与固定在刹车轮上的齿盘啮合,依靠锁止齿轮与齿盘的啮合阻止齿盘的转动,阻止刹车轮及减速器输入轴的转动,避免刹车溜车现象的发生。该装置能避免抽油机刹车因刹车摩擦辐意外失效而溜车,消除刹车溜车给人员和设备造成的安全隐患,操作方法简单、使用方便、性能可靠,能降低在抽油机上作业时的安全风险。
In order to prevent beam oil pumping unit brake from sliding and assure the safety of operating personnel and equipment during oil pumping unit maintenance,it is necessary to make clear causes of oil pumping unit sliding and identify brake sliding hazards. In order to avoid common sliding phenomenon,an external contracting brake anti-sliding device has been invented according to the gear meshing force principle and the plane-pivot four-bar linkage principle. Briefly described is the operating principle and function of this device. This device,easy to operate,can avoid the oil pumping unit brake from slipping due to accidental failure of the brake friction wheel and eliminate safety accidents resulting from brake slipping.
