- 设备管理直接关系着企业安全有效生产运行,提升设备管理水平对保障企业生产顺利进行和提高生产效率有着十分重大的意义。由于油气田企业大多地域分布广、自然环境较差、交通运输不便、设备复杂,且采用的设备管理系统缺少图形化支撑,设备展示不直观,因此无法为设备改造、维修等方案的论证提供有力支持,一旦发生事故,也难以提供快速的决策支持。可视化设备管理系统采用二三维一体化平台与IBM的MAXIMO软件产品无缝集成的方式,实现了设备管理的可视化、集成化和维修作业协同化,推动了设备的精细化管理。
Equipment management has a close relationship with safe and effective operation of an enterprise. Improving equipment management level has great significance for enhancing productivity and ensuring smooth operation of the enterprise. Most of oil and gas field enterprises are located in widespread areas with poor natural environment and traffic and transportation conditions and such enterprises have many complex equipment. The existing equipment management system is not intuitive for equipment demonstration due to lack of graphical support and can not provide support for equipment upgrading and maintenance scheme comparison and it is hard to provide rapidly decision-making support for enterprises once an accident occurs. The visualized equipment management system realizes the visualized and integrated management of equipment and facilities and makes collaborative maintenance possible and promotes equipment delicacy management by using seamless integration of 2D and 3D integrated technologies and MAXIMO products of IBM.
