- 为了使生产管理者及时准确掌握气田生产情况,降低生产成本,提高生产效率,提出建立涵盖天然气勘探、开发、地面建设、集输以及企业管理等各个环节,涉及多专业综合数据体系的气田生产指挥系统。气田生产指挥系统能有效集成天然气产销动态、生产预警、辅助生产等一系列与采气业务密切相关的动态信息,建立面向气田生产、管理、经营的生产管理调度系统和信息资源共享平台,全面、直观、快速地反映不同层次和不同环节的生产运行状况,监控气田生产全过程。该系统可为气田生产管理提供各类统计分析生产数据并能自动预警;使决策层及时掌握气田生产情况,做出正确判断,指挥气田生产。
The gas production command system is oriented to natural gas exploration, development, ground construction, gas gathering and transportation and corporation management and other each link and it is an integrated data system related to multiple disciplines. The command system shall has such functions as effective integration of a series of dynamic information closely related to gas production and sales, production warning, auxiliary production and other gas production business, establishment of gas field production, management and dispatching system and information resources sharing platform, comprehensive, intuitive and fast reflection of gas production conditions of different levels and different aspects and monitoring on the overall gas field production process so as to provide statistical and analysis data obtained from each production link for gas field production management and decision-making departments.
