- 在天然气处理工艺中,为了防止天然气在输送过程中形成水合物堵塞管路,有必要在管路系统中加入抑制剂,通过注入甲醇、乙二醇等抑制剂可以降低水合物形成温度,达到防止水合物生成的目的。通过HYSYS工艺模拟软件中的水合物形成预测模型可以找到一种抑制剂注入量的计算方法。软件计算是一种快速、有效的方法,在此基础上考虑工程经验和设计余量,为工程设计提供可靠保证。
In natural gas treatment, in order to prevent natural gas hydrate from forming in transportation process, it is necessary to inject such inhibitors as methanol and ethylene glycol into pipeline system to lower the temperature of natural gas hydrate formation and thus achieve the goal of preventing natural gas hydrates formation. Through hydrate formation prediction model in HYSYS simulation software, a calculation method can be obtained for inhibitor injection rate. Application of such software for calculation is a quick and effective method. In addition to this, considering certain engineering experience and design margin can provide reliable guarantee for engineering design.
