- 随着油田开发的不断深入,八面河油田套损井呈逐年递增的态势,成为制约油田稳产和高效开发的不利因素。从油藏地质及石油工程的现状进行了对比分析,发现地层出砂、馆陶组特殊地层、固井的质量方式、井身结构、频繁作业、蒸汽吞吐开采和油井产出液介质对套管的腐蚀都是影响套管使用寿命的重要因素。针对这些影响因素,根据目前现有的实际生产技术条件,从钻井设计、完井、工艺措施、生产等方面制定防治对策。开展套损防治,使套损井数得到有效控制,呈现出下降趋势。
With continuous development of Bamianhe Oilfield, number of casing damage wells increases year byyear, which becomes negative factors of stable and efficient development of the oilfield. Conducted iscontrastive analysis on current situation of reservoir geology and oil engineering and analysis resultsshow that formation sand flow, special guantao formation, cementing quality, hole structure, frequentoperation, steam stimulation and corrosion of oil well produced fluid medium on casing are important factorsaffecting service life of casing. According to these factors and existing technical conditions in actual production,developed are prevention and control measures in drilling design, completion formulation, process and production.Since prevention and control measures are applied in casing damage wells, casing damage hasbeen effectively controlled and number of casing damage wells decreases gradually.
