- 鲁克沁深层稠油油田发现于1995年,由于油层埋藏深(2 500~3 400 m),开发难度大,截至2003年只有部分区块投入注水开发试验,且一直存在含水上升速度快、单井产量低、采油速度慢等问题。2005年,技术人员提出利用吐哈油田自产天然气进行深层稠油天然气吞吐提高单井产量的设想,研究了吞吐相关工艺配套技术,进行了单井矿场试验并取得一定效果,但未能进行现场规模应用。2008年以来,技术人员通过室内物模、数模实验进一步研究超深稠油天然气吞吐增产机理,攻克了现场注气吞吐工艺技术难点,优化了注气选井选层及注入参数,逐步形成一套成熟的天然气吞吐开发技术,成功解决了含水上升速度快、单井产量低、采油速度慢等问题。2010~2011年鲁克沁深层稠油油田共开展50井次的矿场应用,规模推广后取得显著增油效果和经济效益。
Lukeqin deep heavy oilfield was discovered in 1995. Due to deep oil reservoir burial (underground 2500-3400 m) and difficult development, only some blocks were put into water injection test before 2003 and such problems remained always as quick water content increase, low single well yield and low rate of oil production. In order to increase single well yield, such idea was put forward as natural gas huff and puff technology in 2005 and relative supporting technologies were studied, single well field test was carried out and some results have been achieved. However, such results did not be massively put into field application. Since 2008, conducted were physical model and mathematical model experiment so as to further study ultra-deep heavy oil yield increase mechanism by using natural gas huff and puff technology, solved were some technical difficulties in field gas injection huff and puff technology, optimized were gas injection well and layer selection and injection parameters, a set of mature gas yield increase technologies formed gradually and above-mentioned problems were successfully resolved. In 2010 and 2011, field application was carried out in 50 wells and remarkable economic benefit has been achieved after large-scale promotion.
