- 受电气化铁路牵引负载的影响,上级电网供电电源质量降低,三相电压不平衡度超标,导致变电站保护动作、站内停电、往复式压缩机出现电机轴承振动高报警,甚至出现电机轴承损坏及轴裂纹。对三相电压不平衡的危害进行分析,研究电能质量的治理方案。经过现场连续监测,测量取得电网输入三相电压不平衡参数,通过采用静止无功发生器SVG(Static Var Generator)治理电源三相电压不平衡,并补偿系统无功,治理效果良好。
Due to the effect of traction loads of electrified railways, quality of network power supply is reduced and three-phase voltage unbalance exceeds relative standard, which results in substation protection, high alarm of reciprocating compressor motor bearing vibration, even motor bearing damage and axial cracking. Asymmetrical three-phase power network parameters are obtained through continuous on-site monitor, adopted is the SVG (static var generator) to control power supply three-phase voltage unbalance and provide reactive compensation, accordingly, power supply quality has been improved greatly.
