冷却系统是天然气集输工艺系统的一个重要组成部分。尤其是对于高温、高压酸性气田的内部集输工艺,要求合理优化空冷器的工艺设置,减少介质对管道和设备的腐蚀,降低投资,满足介质的输送条件和工艺要求。根据某气田的集输工艺方案,从空冷器的设置目的、设置位置出发,综合考虑集输和处理工艺、管道、设备材质等因素,对空冷器的设置方案进行优化选取。为类似气田集气工艺提出了新的研究思路和发展方向,对优选国内外异常高温气田集输工艺具有现实指导意义。
Cooling system is an important part of natural gas gathering and transportation system. Especially for gathering and transportation process in high temperature and high pressure sour gas field development, process optimization of air cooler is needed in order to control corrosion of media on pipeline and equipment, reduce investment and meet the requirements of gathering and transportation process. Analyzed is the gathering and transportation process plan of a certain gas field,considered are materials of pipelines and equipment and optimized are installation and process of the air cooler. A new research idea and development direction are proposed for gathering and transportation process in similar gas field development, which is of certain guiding significance for gathering and transportation process optimization of domestic other high temperature and high pressure sour gas field development.
