目前天然气处理厂中,大部分的工艺用热采用低压蒸汽提供,因此,锅炉房在天然气处理厂中占有重要的地位。随着天然气处理厂的规模越来越大,锅炉供热负荷也越来越大。针对土库曼斯坦某天然气处理厂锅炉房供热系统在试运行阶段出现的问题,结合锅炉升负荷试验的情况,以及对锅炉本体设计、施工及运行中各种因素可能造成的蒸汽带水问题的分析,结合现场相关可行的施工措施,提出了整改方案,为工业供热锅炉运行中出现的蒸汽带水问题提供了解决方案。
In natural gas treatment, low pressure steam is usually used to provide heating for most of process systems and boiler room is an important part of natural gas treatment plant. With continuous increase of natural gas treatment scale and capacity, boiler heating load becomes large gradually. In view of problems occurring in trial operation stage of boiler heating system in a certain natural gas treatment plant, combined with boiler load testing, analyzed are causes of carryoery probably resulting from various factors in boiler body design, construction and operation and proposed is the improvement scheme through considering feasible construction measures at the site, which can provide an effective solution for carryoery industrial heating boiler operation.
