为探索我国天然气水合物资源利用的发展策略和方向，回顾了国际天然气水合物资源利用技术发展的历史，并对麦索亚哈和阿拉斯加等目前已进行或正在进行的5个天然气水合物开发/试采联合工业项目进行了详细介绍。在此基础上，结合我国天然气水合物资源开发技术研究现状，对今后的天然气水合物开发技术发展提出了建议：做好基础技术储备，一旦天然气水合物开采技术取得突破，其开采具有经济价值，可迅速投入该领域；加入国际天然气水合物JIP发展项目，以较小成本分享国际最新的研究成果。
In order to explore the development strategy and direction of natural gas hydrate exploitation technology in China, reviewed are research history and recent development status of international natural gas hydrate exploitation technology, introduced in detail are 5 natural gas hydrate development/trial production Joint Industry Projects in Messoyakha, Alaska, etc., analyzed are recent situations of natural gas hydrate exploitation technology in China and proposed are suggestions for further researches on hydrate exploitation technology in China: firstly, providing the technical reserve so as to be engaged in this field rapidly once technical breakthrough occurs in natural gas hydrate development and exploitation ,and secondly, joining international Gas Hydrate Joint Industry Project so as to share the latest research achievements with less cost.
