参比电极为恒电位仪提供基准电位信号,其性能优劣关乎恒电位仪测量系统的准确性。在工程实际中,开发出一种可循环使用的参比电极,通过增加循环系统成功解决参比电极使用中常见的饱和硫酸铜溶液流空、内部溶液干涸、溶液受污染等问题,实现及时补充饱和硫酸铜溶液和定期更换参比内部溶液的功能。使用致密度高的陶瓷作为离子交换通道,降低溶液流失,提高参比使用寿命。应用螺旋形铜电极,增大离子与铜电极反应面积,使基准电位更加稳定。
Reference electrode provides reference potential signals for potentiostat, its performance has direct effect on accuracy of potentiostat measurement system. In engineering practice, developed is a recyclable reference electrode. Through adding circulating system, such reference electrode can effectively solve such issues commonly occurring in reference electrode operation as flow empty phenomena of saturated copper sulfate solution, internal solution running dry and solution being contaminated and it can supplement copper sulfate solution in time and replace internal reference solution periodically. Ceramics with high density is used for ion exchange channel to reduce solution loss and improve service life of the reference. Applied is spiral copper electrode to increase reaction area of ion and copper electrode and make the reference potential more stable.
