为了保证压缩天然气供应站、CNG加气站高压天然气管道系统本质安全可靠,保障企业生产及站外周边生产、生活人员和设施安全,结合我国国内现行标准对高压(16~32 MPa)管道系统的相关设计要求,从石油天然气行业自身特点、国内标准配套情况及压缩天然气供应站、CNG加气站的外部环境等方面,系统分析了高压压缩天然气管道壁厚计算的影响因素,建议采用第三强度理论计算压缩天然气供应站、CNG加气站高压管道壁厚。
In order to ensure that high pressure natural gas pipeline systems at CNG supply stations and filling stations are intrinsically safe and reliable and ensure the safety of working personnel and facilities at the stations and surrounding residents, it is very important to reasonably design wall thickness of high pressure gas pipelines. In combination with relative requirements for high pressure (16~32MPa) gas pipeline system in current Chinese National Standards, conducted is systematic analysis on factors affecting high pressure compressed natural gas pipeline wall thickness calculation and it is suggested that the third strength theoretical calculating formula is used to calculate the wall thickness of high pressure pipelines at CNG filling stations.
