气田集输站场火灾泄压放空限流孔板计算解析

- 摘要:
限流孔板越来越多地应用到气田集输站场的火灾泄压放空系统中,限流孔板孔径的计算有多种方法,计算结果不尽一致。通过对比分析3种常见限流孔板孔径计算方法,指出每种计算方法的特点和适用范围。以某气田集气站为例,计算气田集输站场火灾泄压放空限流孔板孔径,提出两种计算方法结合使用的建议。
Restriction orifice is more and more widely applied in pressure relief and vent system under fire conditions at gas gathering station. There are various methods for orifice diameter calculation and calculation results differ from one another. Conducted is contrastive analysis on three kinds of common orifice diameter calculation methods and described are characteristics and application scope of each method. Taking the gas station of Turkmenistan Amu Darya gas field as an example, calculated are restriction orifice diameters in pressure relief and vent system under fire conditions at the gas gathering station and it is recommended that combination of two calculation methods together may be more efficient.
