- 根据苏里格气田采出气微含凝析油的气质特点,结合产品天然气指标要求及天然气露点控制工艺的具体应用,确定低温分离工艺。利用Unisim
Design软件详细分析了冷凝温度的确定方法和过程,论述了制冷工艺和预冷换热器、低温分离器等关键设备的选择。选用丙烷制冷工艺,带低翅片换热器管的管壳式换热器回收冷量;低温分离器选用壳牌公司专利产品SMSM型高效分离元件。苏里格气田6座天然气处理厂的设计和运行表明,以丙烷为外加冷源的低温分离工艺完全适用于苏里格气田天然气露点控制。
According to the characteristics of natural gas produced from Sulige Gas Field, determined is the low temperature separation process in combination with product gas index requirements and concrete application of natural gas dew point control process. Applied is the Unisim Design software to analyze the method and process of condensation temperature determination. Described is selection of refrigeration technology and key equipment such as precooling heat exchanger and low temperature separator. Selected is the propane refrigeration technology, used is the low finned sheet and tube heat exchanger to recover cold energy, applied are SMSM efficient separation components from SHELL company patent products for low temperature separator. Engineering design and operation of 6 gas treatment plants in Sulige Gas Field show that such low temperature separation process in which propane refrigeration is used as added cold source is completely suitable for gas dew point control in Sulige Gas Field.
