随着近几年大气环境的恶化,新型汽车燃料液化天然气(LNG)备受推崇,我国在各地兴建LNG工厂。在LNG生产和储存过程中会产生大量的蒸发气(BOG),准确计算各工况下的BOG量并制定最优的处理工艺,对降低LNG工厂能耗,提高工厂经济效益具有重要作用。结合LNG工厂的工艺流程,采用理论分析和工程实践经验相结合的方法,分析BOG产生的原理,讨论LNG工厂BOG的处理工艺。给出了LNG工厂在LNG生产和储存过程中产生BOG量的系统计算方法,及不同工况下适宜的BOG处理工艺。
As new type of vehicle fuel, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) has been widely used increasingly all over the world and LNG plants are under construction or plan in many locations of China. A large amount of boil off gas (BOG) will be generated from LNG production and storage and accurate calculation of BOG volume in different working conditions and selection of the optimal treatment process are very important for reducing energy consumption and improving economic benefit of LNG plant. In combination with technological process of LNG plant, applies is the theory analysis method combined with engineering practice experience to analyze BOG generation principle and discuss BOG treatment process in LNG plant and proposed is a systematic method for calculating BOG volume generated during LNG production and storage in LNG plant.
