以酒石酸、苹果酸及多胺为原料合成羧酸多胺盐型黏土膨胀抑制剂,并评价其抑制黏土膨胀性。膨润土线性膨胀率实验结果表明:该类抑制剂对膨润土的水化膨胀有一定的抑制作用,其中MAA-9对膨润土的抑制效果优于MAA-1、TAA-4;1.0% MAA-9溶液中,90 min时膨润土的线性膨胀率明显优于1.0%KCl,与4.0%KCl相当;1.0%MAA-9对膨润土的防膨效果可达到66.67%,防膨实验结果与膨润土线性膨胀率实验结果吻合。缩膨实验、泥球实验以及钻井液性能评价实验结果进一步表明,MAA-1、TAA-4、MAA-9对膨润土水化膨胀具有一定的抑制作用。
Tartaric acid, malic acid and ployamines are used as raw materials to synthesize a kind of carboxylic acid amine salt type clay swelling inhibitor and its clay swelling inhibition performance is evaluated through different ways. Experimental results of bentonite linear expansion show that such inhibitor has certain inhibition for bentonite clay hydration expansion. Inhibitory effect of MAA-9 on bentonite is better than that of MAA-1 and TAA-4. When bentonite is marinated in 1.0% MAA-9 solution after 90 minutes, bentonite linear expansion ratio is about the same with that in 4.0% potassium chloride solution, much better than 1.0% potassium chloride solution under the same conditions. Anti-swelling ratio of bentonite marinated in 1.0% MAA-9 solution can reach 66.67% and its anti-swelling experimental results are identical with those of bentonite linear expansion. Other experimental results, such as swelled clay shrinkage experiment, mud ball experiment and drilling fluid property evaluation experiment, further show that MAA-1, TAA-4 and MAA-9 has certain inhibition for bentonite clay hydration expansion.
