粒子成像测速技术(Particle Image Velocimetry,PIV)是集流动可视化和全流场流动参数定量测试为一体的现代流场测试技术。为探索该技术应用于管输天然气计量的可行性,中国石油西南油气田公司在DN100天然气管道上设置了1套适用于现场的PIV成像系统(PIV系统),并利用该系统对天然气管道内流态进行了定量研究。PIV系统不仅可以测得管道内流体的流态,而且还可测得不同方向上流体的流速。介绍了在5种阻流件安装状态下应用PIV系统对管内截面流量进行测量的情况,得到了标准装置流量的相对误差。对PIV系统发展成为一种新型天然气流量测量装置的可能性进行了探讨。
Particle Imaging Velocimetry (PIV) is a set of modern flow field measurement technology integrating flow visualization and full flow field flow parameter quantitative test. To explore the feasibility of application of the device in pipeline gas metering, conducted is quantitative study on effect of flow pattern in gas pipeline on flow meter performance, PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company has built a set of PIV test system suitable for closed gas pipeline in DNl00 natural gas pipeline. The PIV system can measure the pipe fluid flow and fluid velocity in different directions. Introduced is application of the PIV system in five kinds of installation conditions for measuring tube cross section flow and relative errors are obtained for standard device flow. Discussed is the possibility that the PIV system is developed into a new type of natural gas flow measurement device.
