- 为了既能节省时间,又能使计算较好地体现跨断层管道的真实反应,基于所建力学模型,分别对正断层和逆断层作用下埋地输气管道的反应进行分析研究,采用非线性拟合和线性拟合两种方法,对管径、壁厚、管道埋深、管材特性、穿越角、土体内聚力以及管道内压等不同参数进行无量纲修正,同时考虑管道发生塑性应变集中以及管道发生屈曲的情况,提出适用于工程设计的计算埋地输气管道最大应变值的简化计算公式。通过实例对不同计算方法进行了分析比较,计算结果验证了简化计算公式的合理性,进一步证明当断层错动量较大时,采用土弹簧模型对管土作用进行模拟所得到的结果偏不安全。
In order to save time and calculate true response of gas pipeline buried in geological fault in an even better fashion, conducted respectively is analysis on different responses of buried gas pipeline under the action of normal fault and reverse fault according to the established mechanical models, adopted are the nonlinear fitting and linear fitting method to conduct dimensionless correction on such parameters as pipe diameters, wall thicknesses, pipe material features, crossing angles, soil cohesion and internal pressure of the pipeline and proposed is the simplified formula suitable for calculating the maximal strain value of the pipeline in engineering design with consideration of plastic strain concentration and buckling of the pipeline. Conducted is comparative analysis on different calculation methods through a case study and the calculation results show that the simplified formula is reasonable.
