- 随着我国石油工业的发展和石油战略储备项目的实施,作为工业重大危险源的石油储备库储油罐区,一旦发生火灾将给人民生命及国家财产造成巨大损失,因此控制石油储备库同周边人员密集场所及工矿企业的安全间距十分必要。阐述了石油储备库区域安全间距计算模型的建模过程,运用该模型对某石油储备库储油罐区的区域安全间距进行分析,分析结果与相关规范的规定相符,表明采用该模型可以对石油储备库罐区总图设计方案进行有效的安全间距分析。
With petrochemical industry development and actualization of the strategic oil reserve program in China, if fire or explosion happens in crude oil tank area which is one of major hazard installations of this industry, personal casualty and loss of national property will occur, so it is very important to control the distance between crude oil tank area and its surrounding assembly occupancies as well as industrial facilities. Described is the establishment process of calculation model of the regional safety clearance in oil depots, analyzed is the regional safety clearance in an oil depot by applying the calculation model and results obtained from the analysis are consistent with those specified in relative standards, which shows that this model can be applied to analyze effectively the regional safety clearance of oil tank area in plot plan design scheme.
