- 中缅天然气管道是近年新建的大口径、高压力长输管道之一。管道沿线地形复杂、山高谷深,清管、测径、试压难度较大。阐述了中缅天然气管道国内段第1标段在管道主体焊接和管沟回填完成后实施清管、测径、试压时的准备工作、设备选用、段落划分、压力选取、降压扫水等关键技术,指出清管、测径、试压工作是管道投运前检验管道焊接质量最重要的环节,可供类似长输管道工程借鉴。
China-Myanmar Gas Pipeline is one of large diameter and high pressure long distance pipeline built in recent years. The terrains along the pipeline are very complicated with many high mountains and deep valleys and it is very difficult for pigging, diameter measuring and pressure test. Introduced are main pigging, caliper measuring and pressure test technologies applied in the first contract section (the section located within China) of China-Myanmar Gas Pipeline project, put forward are specific requirements for equipment selection, stage classification, pressure determination and pigging technology during construction and proposed are suitable practices in domestic long distance pipeline construction, which is very helpful for the construction of new similar pipelines in near future.
