- 石油炼制过程中，混合是十分普遍且重要的操作，为了满足工艺要求，减少操作成本，必须采取正确的混合方法。常用的混合方式有静态混合与动态混合两种，静态混合器主要通过混合元件对流经管内的流体进行反复的“切割—旋转—重新汇合”，达到混合目的。介绍了静态混合器在石油化工行业的萃取、脱硫、油品调和及精制等工艺过程中的应用。与动态混合相比，静态混合具有分散效果好、混合均匀、结构紧凑、操作成本低等优点，在实际工况下取得了良好的工艺效果和显著的经济效益。静态混合器在石油化工行业的应用具有广阔的前景，值得进一步研究。
Mixing is an important and widely used operation in oil refining and right mixing method must be used to meet technical requirements and decrease the cost. Static mixing and dynamic mixing are two frequently-used mixing methods. Static mixer cuts, rotates and recombine fluids running in pipe by using mixing elements and this mixer has such advantages as better dispersion effect, more evenly mixing, more compact structure and lower operation cost than dynamic mixer. Static mixer has been widely used in such processes of petrochemical industry as extraction, desulfurization, oil reconciling and refining and application of static mixer has obtained good process effect and significant economic benefits. Static mixer has broad prospect in petrochemical industry and it is worthy of further study in the future.
