- 综述了油气集输管道内醋酸对醋酸CO2腐蚀的影响研究,阐述了油气田CO2腐蚀、醋酸腐蚀、醋酸对CO2腐蚀的影响、CO2与醋酸共存体系的腐蚀防护等。近年来的研究表明,醋酸在非常低的浓度下会对CO2的腐蚀产生影响。醋酸和醋酸盐都会提高CO2的腐蚀速率。原因在于醋酸与铁结合形成醋酸铁而使碳酸铁从管道表面脱离,使得碳酸铁膜变薄,腐蚀速率提高。用半球腐蚀模型展示了醋酸促进CO2局部腐蚀,尤其是点蚀的发展过程。在归纳总结现有研究进展的基础上,提出了有待进一步研究的技术问题。
Acetic acid is one of common substances in produced fluids of oil and natural gas and has important effect on C02 corrosion. It is one of the main factors resulting in failure of metallic materials. Study shows that under certain conditions, low molecular weight organic acids (formic acid, acetic acid and propionic acid) are main corrosion resources of carbon steel pipeline failure and acetic acid accounts for the highest percentage of these low molecular weight organic acids, up to 50-90%. Reviewed are studies on effect of acetic acid in oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines on carbon steel corrosion and proposed are some effective corrosion prevention measures.
