- 为解决某天然气处理厂阴极保护系统投运所遇到的数据不稳定问题,通过现场测试、数据记录、综合分析,逐一排除外界温度影响的因素和外界电网电压不稳定的因素,最终确定阴极保护系统数据不稳定,是由于被保护对象的阴极极化不完全和阴极保护电源设备规格偏大引起的。因此,阴极保护设计时应根据保护对象,准确选择阴极保护设备的规格;阴极保护系统投运时应使被保护对象得到完全极化。
In order to solve such problem as data instability occurring in cathodic protection system commissioning of a certain natural gas treatment plant, conducted are field test, data recording and comprehensive analysis and, such factors are ruled out one by one as external temperature influence and external power network voltage influence and it is ultimately clear that instable cathodic protection system data result from incomplete cathodic polarization of the protected objects and large size of cathodic protection power supply equipment. Therefore, it is very important to reasonably select size of cathodic protection equipment based on the protected objects in cathodic protection system design and the protected objects shall be completely polarized before cathodic protection system commissioning.
