- 天然气处理厂硫黄回收装置酸气配风风机均采用定速电机进行驱动,并在工频下工作。当装置负荷下降时采取放空来确保设备的稳定运行。为了尽可能减少风机空气放空,节约能源,结合离心风机特性,以某天然气净化厂硫黄回收风机现场实际测试的不同频率风机喘振特性数据为基础,对硫黄回收风机节能运行和优化控制方案进行分析。通过采用变频调速方案进行控制,能最大程度满足工艺变化并取得较好的节能效果。
Air distribution fan for sulfur recovery unit in natural gas treatment plant is drived by constant speed motor and operates under power frequency. When process load drops, extra air will be vented so as to ensure stable operation of equipment. In order to reduce air vent and save energy as much as possible, in combination with the characteristics of centrifugal fan, conducted is analysis on energy-saving operation and optimization control scheme of sulfur recovery unit fan based on actual surge characteristic test data on different frequency of sulfur recovery unit fan in certain natural gas purification plant and results show that adoption of frequency conversion and speed control scheme can adapt to process changes and obtain good energy-saving effect.
