- 为提高油气站库安全技术管理水平,根据油气站库可燃气体浓度分布情况,设计了计算机可燃气体远程监测与报警系统。该系统采用分布式模块化设计,利用RS-485总线实现模块之间连接。中心监测开发软件采用组态软件,现场可燃气体的检测采用模拟ADAM 4017模块通信协议的可燃气体监测报警器,人工巡检模块采用ADAM 4052光电隔离型数字量输入模块,解决了中心主机的组态软件与各模块间的通信协议问题,实现了中心主机与模块的远程通信。该系统具有油气站库各检测点可燃气体浓度实时处理和人工巡检信息的自动存档及网络传输等功能。当可燃气体浓度超限时采用具体位置图标闪烁及语音报警,便于油气泄漏的及时处理,预防事故发生。
Noise interference is an important factor affecting performance of ultrasonic flow meter. Conducted is analysis on noise sources and introduced are several kinds of commonly used noise control technologies. Combined with a typical case in production, analyzed are the causes affecting performance of ultrasonic flow meter and proposed is a reasonable solution. Operation results show that ultrasonic flow meter noise reduction effects are good and ultrasonic flow meter can accurately meter rate of flow after reconstruction.
