- 为了解决油气生产现场压力表安装中存在的诸多问题，消除运行和维护中的安全隐患，提高现场标准化水平,通过借鉴相关技术标准和历史资料，结合生产现场的实际情况，对压力表安装过程中的各个部件及常用的螺纹形式进行对比分析，指出工业生产中压力表安装所涉及到的常见误区，强调了系统地掌握螺纹技术知识在压力表安装方面的重要作用。针对现场存在的问题，在物料准备、实际操作、教材修订和标准规范等方面提出了建议。
In order to reduce problems existing during pressure gage installation in oil and gas production fields and raise the level of field standardization, described are the origin and industrial application status of 3 kinds of screw threads in accordance with relevant technical standards and historical data, conducted is analysis on various components required in pressure gage installation and commonly used screw thread types, introduced are common misconceptions involved during pressure gage installation in industrial production, emphasized is the importance of systematical knowing well technical knowledge of threads in pressure gage installation. Proposed are some suggestions for such aspects as material preparation, actual operation and revision of teaching materials and forecast is benign development of technology standards in screw thread and relative industries.
