- 为弄清LNG加气站潜液泵因气蚀余量不足而联锁停机的原因,建立了LNG加气站气蚀余量模型,对潜液泵气蚀余量下降的原因进行了研究。泵池内LNG温度上升较快造成泵入口处LNG的饱和蒸汽压迅速增加,LNG储罐内温度梯度被破坏造成储罐压力下降,LNG饱和蒸汽压增加和储罐压力下降是潜液泵气蚀余量下降的主要原因。提出增大潜液泵气蚀余量的工艺措施:采取保温、置换LNG、闪蒸等方法以降低泵池内的温度,增加LNG储罐的温度梯度以增加储罐的压力,及时补充储罐内的LNG以增大潜液泵的静压头。
In order to make clear the cause of interlock shutdown at LNG filling station due to insufficient cavitation allowance of submerged pump, established is the LNG filling station cavitation allowance model and analyzed is the cause of submerged pump cavitation allowance drop. Fast pump tank temperature rise results in rapid increase of LNG saturated steam pressure at the pump inlet and the damaged temperature gradient in LNG storage tank results in tank pressure drop, which are the main reason for submerged pump cavitation allowance drop. It is pointed out that heat preservation, regular LNG replacement of pump pool and decompression flash can lower the temperature in pump pool, LNG tank temperature gradient increase can raise tank pressure and timely tank LNG supplement can increase hydrostatic pressure and cavitation allowance of submerged pump can be increased through these processing measures.
