- 通过对工艺流程的研究,提高液化气的收率。采用HYSYS软件模拟,研究分馏系统工艺参数优化和制冷温度降低后对液化气产量的影响。根据模拟结果,在实际生产中对分馏系统参数进行了调整,同时系统考虑相关设备和装置的适应性,提高了乙二醇贫液浓度,结果表明:在现有乙二醇装置注入量满足要求的情况下,J-T阀后制冷温度可降至-27 ℃,液化气产量增加24 t/d。用HYSYS模拟指导液化气提产取得了明显成果,效益良好。
In order to increase output of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), it is necessary to analyze, study and improve technological process of liquefied petroleum gas. Analyzed are effects of fractionating system technological parameters and cryogenic temperature reduction on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) production through using HYSYS software simulation. Adjusted are technological parameters of the fractionating system according to the simulation results, comprehensively considered is adaptability of associated equipment and units and increased is the concentration of ethylene glycol lean liquid. Results show that the cryogenic temperature downstream of the J-T valve can he reduced down to -27°C and LPG output can increase by 24t/d if ethylene glycol unit injection quantity meets relative requirements. Application of HYSYS software simulation in LPG output increase has obtained obvious effects.
