- 冀中泥灰岩致密油储层岩性特殊、地应力异常高，国内外尚无同类储层水平井改造的经验可借鉴。通过对束鹿泥灰岩-砾岩致密油气藏储层特征研究、压前实验分析、酸液配方研究，探索出“酸压与加砂”结合的组合改造工艺和配套的酸液配方体系。经束探1 H、束探2 x两口水平井现场实验表明：该工艺技术既降低了施工风险，又提高了裂缝沟通体积及导流能力，达到了改造后高产稳产的目的。束探1 H井压后自喷日产油243.6 m3，日产气74 121 m3，截至目前累计产油量近5 000 t，该技术为冀中泥灰岩致密油探明储量8 000 ×104 t的规模有效开发提供技术支持。
Jizhong marlstone tight oil reservoir lithology is special, with abnormal high ground stress, there is no domestic and overseas field experience used for reference in similar reservoir horizontal well transformation up to now. Conducted is analytical investigation on petrologic features, physical properties and acid etching in Shulu Marlstone-conglomerate Tight Oil Reservoir and developed are a combined transformation process of "acid fracturing and sand mixture" and associated acid formulation system. Practical field application results in such two horizontal wells as Shu-Exploration lH and 2x show that technical process can reduce Construction risk and increase crack communication volume and flow conductivity and the purpose of high and stable production after transformation can be reached. The technical process has important technical contribution in Jizhong marlstone tight oil reservoir development.
