- 为得到非稠化型钻井液体系,研究了添加杂聚糖苷(KD-03)的基浆分别和三种水解聚丙烯腈盐(水解聚丙烯腈钠、水解聚丙烯腈钾、水解聚丙烯腈铵)配合使用的低固相钻井液性能,测试了不同用量的三种水解聚丙烯腈盐与杂聚糖苷组配所处理钻井液的密度、黏度、电导率、滤失量等性能参数。结果表明:三种水解聚丙烯腈盐和杂聚糖苷在低固相钻井液中配伍性良好,可以形成非稠化型钻井液体系,黏度显著降低,各项性能明显改善,滤失量均有所降低。
To get unthickened miscellaneous poly indica drilling fluid, studied is the performance of low solids fluids of basic slurry containing polysaccharides (KD-03) and different types of hydrolyzed polyacrylonitriles in laboratory experiment and test are such performance parameters as density, viscosity, conductivity and filtration of the drilling fluid prepared with different amount of three types of hydrolyzed polyacrylonitriles. It is found that the compatibility of KD-03 system with such hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile is desirable and they can compose an unthickened drilling fluid system and its viscosity is obviously low than hydrolyzed polyacrylonitriles and various performances are improved obviously.
