- 冷却水系统是电驱压缩机组非常重要的辅助系统,对电驱压缩机组的运行起重要作用。为提高输气管道自动化水平,实现SCADA系统远程启动电驱压缩机的功能,仔细研究西二线乌鲁木齐压气站冷却水控制逻辑,并与现场操作人员沟通,详细了解冷却水系统运行现状及存在问题,对原冷却水控制逻辑进行优化,从而实现了SCADA系统远程启动电驱压缩机的功能,弥补了电驱压缩机自动控制方面的不足,提高了电驱压缩机的自动控制水平。
Cooling water system is a very important auxiliary system of electric drive compressor unit and plays a very important role in electric drive compressor unit operation. In order to improve the level of automation and realize the function of SCADA system remotely starting electric drive compressor, researched attentively are the cooling water control logic of Urumqi compressor station in West to East Gas Pipeline 2, analyzed are the cooling water system operation status and problems existing in its operation and optimized is the cooling water control logic so that the SCADA system can remotely start the electric drive compressor, which can make up for the deficiency in electric drive compressor control and improve the automation level of the electric drive compressor.
