- 目前关于长输管线腐蚀缺陷的可靠性评估中JC算法与蒙特卡洛算法相关的计算机语言程序应用文献较少,JC算法手工计算需要多次迭代、复杂繁琐,蒙特卡洛算法则手工计算无法实现。基于可靠性分析基本原理,采用MATLAB软件对JC算法和蒙特卡洛算法进行编程来计算可靠性,在满足高精度求解情况下,改进蒙特卡洛算法较JC算法编程更简洁,而JC算法用时更短,两种算法计算结果与李斌等人手工计算结果吻合良好。计算机语言程序深入到长输管线腐蚀缺陷的可靠性评估工作中,代替了繁琐的手工计算,提高了可靠性计算效率和精确度。
At present, there is less computer language program application using in long-distance corroded pipeline reliability assessment with JC algorithm and MC algorithm (Monte Carlo algorithm), it is complicated to do manual calculations with JC algorithm because of multiple iterations and MC algorithm cannot be achieved by hand calculation. Based on basic principles of reliability analysis of JC algorithm and the MC algorithm, MATLAB software is used to calculate the reliability and compare and analyze advantages and disadvantages of the two algorithms and it is shown that the results are in good agreement. The computer language is applied in reliability assessment of long-distance pipeline, can replace tedious hand calculation and improve efficiency and accuracy of reliability calculation.
