- 随着苏里格气田持续开发，集气站的数量日益增加，该气田采用单井来气汇入集气站处理的常规集气方式，集气站地面建设中存在工艺流程复杂、施工周期长、占地面积大等问题。为了提高生产效率、管理效率并快速建产，在气田地面建设中使用了一种新型的一体化集气装置。该装置能有效地缩短施工周期，提升管理效率。根据一体化集气装置的新功能及特点，介绍了该装置在采气工艺流程优化与简化改造中的应用效果。结合长庆油田苏36-1集气站内实际应用效果，分析该装置在生产中存在的问题，指出了今后的改进方向。
Conventional gas gathering manner is applied in Single Gas Field development, in which gas from each single well is directly transported into the gathering station for treatment. With continuous development of the gas field, the number of gas gathering stations increases gradually. In previous gas gathering station surface construction, there are such problems as complex technological process, long construction period and large land occupation. A new-style integrated natural gas treatment plant was applied in order to enhance productivity and management efficiency and speed up the construction of gas gathering station. This plant can effectively shorten construction period and enhance management efficiency. Based on functions and features of the integrated gas gathering and treatment plant, introduced are application effects of the plant in gas gathering technological process optimization and simplification. In combination with practical application effects of the plant at Su 36-1 gathering station in Changqing Gas Field, analyzed are problems of the plant in production and pointed out is the improvement direction in the future.
