- 我国已经进入LNG行业快速发展的时期，压缩机是LNG处理过程中最核心的转动设备。综述了LNG液化厂中原料气、分子筛脱水装置的再生气、天然气液化制冷剂和BOG增压过程中工艺的要求和介质的特点，根据常用压缩机的特性和适用范围，提出LNG工艺中压缩机选型原则与方法。同时提出了LNG处理过程中压缩机驱动方式的选择原则和冷却方式的选择方法，为LNG工厂中压缩机及配套的驱动和冷却方式的合理选型提供了参考依据。
China has entered a period of rapid development in LNG industry. LNG compressor is a core rotating equipment in LNG treatment process. Described is technological process in LNG treatment plant and technological requirements and characteristics of such media as feed gas, regeneration gas, natural gas liquefaction refrigerant in molecular sieve dehydration unit during BOG pressurization process. Combined with characters and application range of common compressor, proposed are principle and method of LNG compressor type selection, compressor drive mode selection and cooling mode selection in LNG treatment process, which can provide useful reference for drive mode selection of compressor and associated equipment and cooling mode selection in LNG treatment plant.
