- 通过在不同条件下对油品倾点的测试,考察了测试温度间隔、预热温度、热经历、预期倾点、测试起始温度和降温梯度等条件因素与油品倾点测试结果之间的关系。试验遵循倾斜法测试原理,即随着温度的降低,倾斜试管观察样品的流动性,将样品能够流动的最低温度记为倾点。测试条件对倾点的结果有明显影响,不同条件下得到的倾点结果差值甚至可能超过7 ℃。其中测试温度间隔的设定对结果影响不显著,试样加热经历对结果有较大影响。预热温度越高,距离高温热经历时间越短,倾点测量结果越低;测试起始温度越高,预期倾点越高,倾点测量结果越低;冷浴降温梯度越大,倾点测量结果越低。
Through test on pour point of oil products under different conditions, investigated is the relation between pour point and such test conditions test temperature interval, preheating temperature, heating history, expected pour point, initial test temperature and temperature gradient. Tilt test principle is followed in the test, that is, test tube is tilted to observe specimen mobility along with temperature drop and the lowest temperature at which specimen can flow is recorded as its pour points. Test results show that test conditions have so obvious effect on pour points that different value of pour points obtained in different conditions can exceed 7℃. Test temperature interval has no obvious effect on pour points, and heating history and temperature gradient have obvious effect on pour points.
