- 随着天然气和油田伴生气量需求的不断增长,油田伴生气回收及综合利用意义突出。从伴生气中分离出的乙烷、丙烷、丁烷、稳定轻油等产品,可以应用在国民经济各个领域,尤其是用作乙烯原料,具有十分可观的经济效益。通过考察长庆油田姬—联合站的油田伴生气组成,采用HYSYS软件对伴生气低温冷油吸收工艺进行模拟计算。结果表明:采用装置自产的稳定轻烃作吸收剂,对脱乙烷塔顶气体进行二次吸收,丙烷收率可达80% 以上,该方法运用于长庆油田姬—联合站,所建轻烃回收装置不仅运行平稳,操作参数均在计算范围内,平均日产液化气和轻油约32 t。该方法及其HYSYS计算模型可推广到国内其它油田伴生气回收中,不仅能回收更多宝贵的油田伴生气资源,减少放空油气对环境的污染,还可获得可观的经济效益。
The associated gas recovery and comprehensive utilization have very important meaning with continuous increase of natural gas and development of national economy. Such products as ethane, propane, butane and stable light oil separated from associated gas have very considerable economic benefits when used as raw material of ethylene especially. Analyzed are components of associated gas from Changqing Oil Field Jiyi multi-purpose station and applied is HYSYS software for simulation calculation of associated gas low temperature oil absorption process. Results show that propane yield coefficient can reach up to more than 80% if stable light hydrocarbon from the unit is used as absorbent to conduct secondary absorption of gas from deethanization tower top. The method is applied in Changqing Oil Field Jiyi multi-purpose station, its light hydrocarbon recovery unit operates smoothly. The method is worthy of being popularized in domestic other oilfield associated gas recovery.
