- 水平井压裂开发技术在低渗薄层油藏开发中已取得了较好效果,注采井网的不同导致水平井的裂缝形态及压裂规模不同,由此导致初期产能及最终采出程度差别较大。为了实现水平井压裂开发的产能和经济效益最大化,应用数值模拟方法设计了三种直平混采七点井网。以增加采出程度、缩短见水时间为目标,优化裂缝形态:对称、三角形和四边形注采井网的水平井裂缝形态分别呈哑铃形、纺锤形和橄榄球形。以经济效益最大化为宗旨,优化压裂规模:对称注采井网,整体压裂采出程度最高;三角形和四边形注采井网,压裂采油井经济效益最好。
Horizontal well fracturing development technology has obtained good effects in thin low-permeability reservoir development. Different injection-production patterns lead to different fracture shapes and fracturing scale, which results in great difference of initial productivity and final recovery percent. In order to maximize productivity and economic benefit in horizontal well fracturing development, applied is numerical simulation method to design three kind of straight-flat-commingled-seven spot nets. In order to improve recovery percent and shorten water breakthrough time, optimized are horizontal well fracturing shapes: dumbbell shape for symmetrical injection production pattern, spindle shape for triangle injection-production pattern and rugby shape for quadrilateral injection-production pattern. To maximize economic benefit, optimized is the fracturing scale: symmetrical injection-production pattern has the highest total fracturing recovery percent, and triangle and quadrilateral injection-production patterns have the best economic benefit.
