- 膨胀机因结构简单、效率高和运转周期长等特点,越来越多地应用于控制管输天然气的烃露点,如何控制膨胀机使之更好地服务于不同工况是当前应用膨胀机的关键。在分析膨胀机的工作原理、入口导阀、防喘振控制阀以及J-T阀等基本控制方案的基础上,对膨胀机控制方案进行了优化,提出了膨胀机控制中的关键问题及机组泄压保护措施,同时,提出了根据具体工况选择不同控制方案的建议。
Due to its simple structure, high efficiency and long running period, expender is being used more and more to control hydrocarbon dew point of pipeline gas. The key point of the application is how to control expender and make it operate properly in different working conditions. Conducted is analysis on its working principle and basic control scheme of inlet pilot valve, anti-surge control valve and JT valve, proposed are optimization design for its basic control scheme and measures of blowdown and protection of expander set. It is suggested that different control schemes are selected according to specific working conditions.
