- 按照以往工程习惯做法,输气管道阀室设置放空管,站场设置具有点火功能的放空管,受放空管防火间距和火炬热辐射的影响,阀室和站场的选址在工程建设中存在的问题日益突出。针对中国石油输气管道建设情况,对比分析了现行国内外天然气管道放空标准,结合国内放空系统设计、建设、运行现状和存在的问题,对现行国家标准修订提出了建议。
According to engineering practice in the past, blowdown vent is installed in gas pipeline valve vault and blowdown vent with ignition function is installed at gas pipeline station. Affected by blowdown vents and thermal radiation of flares, site selection of gas pipeline valve vaults and stations becomes an outstanding issue in project construction. Aiming at PetroChina gas pipeline construction situation, conducted is contrastive analysis on current standards for natural gas blowdown vents at home and aboard. In combination with domestic natural gas blowdown system design, construction and operation and problems existing in this issue, proposed are some referable suggestion for revising current China national standards.
