- 针对玉门油田原油凝点较高的现状，通过分析原油性质，使用正交设计方法，研发出了适应玉门油田原油性质的降凝剂产品配方，试生产出质量指标符合行业标准SY/T 5767-2005 《管输原油降凝剂技术条件及输送工艺规范》要求的降凝剂产品，在青西作业区进行了现场应用试验，结果表明：用马来酸酐二聚体研制生产的降凝剂产品能有效降低玉门油田原油的凝点、改善原油流动性。玉门油田原油降凝剂的成功研制和生产，对我国其它油田高凝点高蜡原油降凝有一定的参考意义。
Based on the current situation of high crude oil condensation point in Yemen Oilfield, analyzed are crude oil properties, used is the orthogonal design method, developed is pour point depressant product formula adaptable to Yemen Oilfield crude oil properties and obtained is the pour point depressant product through trial production, which meets quality requirements in the industry standard SYff5767一2005 “Technical Condition of Pipeline Crude Oil Pour Point Depressant and Transportation Process Specification", and conducted is field application test in Qingxi operation area. Results show that the pour point depressant product can reduce crude oil condensation point and improve its liquidity effectively.
